Whether you’re looking for support or guidance through a particularly difficult time, or you’re open to a real change in your life and where you’re going, together, we can work to meet your goals.

I am originally from Yankton, SD and received my BA degree at Augustana University. I have been in Sioux Falls, SD ever since. Then, I began the commute to Vermillion, where I received my MA degree from the University of South Dakota in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and group therapy settings. I am currently a licensed professional counselor-mental health. I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor.

I am a member of the American Counseling Association.

I have completed a 300-hour certification in TCTSY to provide trauma sensitive yoga. I completed my level 1 certification in Internal Family Systems in May 2022 and my level 2 in 2023.

Research reveals that effective therapy is less technique and more about a trusting, therapeutic relationship. It’s important to find a therapist that’s qualified and a good fit for you. As a professional therapist, my role is to guide you as you take steps towards positive life changes, healing, and a healthy mind. Contact me today for more info or to schedule an appointment.

Discover your strengths, build resilience, and strengthen your mental health.

I offer professional and confidential mental health counseling to help individuals achieve emotional wellness and cope with life's challenges.

Managing life’s challenges isn’t something you have to do alone. I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space to help you explore the parts of you that need healing and validation. I strive to create a deep relationship that fosters growth and safety during the most challenging walks of life. I believe therapy should be somewhere you can gather practical tools that you can apply outside of the therapy session. These tools can help you manage life’s challenges and live more authentically.

I want to help you discover your strengths, build resilience, and strengthen your mental health. My primary therapeutic approach is Person-Centered/Internal Family Systems to help treat the parts that need healing. Being flexible and meeting people where they are at is important in successful therapeutic outcomes.
